The features of the Inline Powder Mixing Machine
PLM (Powder/Liquid Mixing) powder-liquid dispersion mixing pump uses the high-speed rotation of the specially designed rotor to generate a vacuum, and continuously and uniformly introduce the powder into the fast-flowing liquid, and then it is uniformly dispersed and mixed instantaneously through the shear chamber. Because the liquid and powder are not in contact with each other before mixing, and only in the instant before mixing, the powder is diffusely introduced into the liquid stream, so the powder-liquid mixture is extremely uniform, and will not produce agglomeration and crusting, forming high-quality products. This machine can produce continuously.
